We want you to be satisfied with ProResume AI. If our Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy outlined below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Subscriptions)

If you purchase a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or upgrade to a paid plan.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time paid subscriptions
  • Upgrades from Free to any paid plan
  • Annual subscriptions (if offered)

Credit Pack Refunds

AI credit packs are one-time purchases. You may request a refund for an unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed. If credits were partially used, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us using our contact form and select Refund Request as the subject, or email support@aeloriacareer.com.

Include the email address on your account and your reason for the request. We process refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Open your Account page and click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal, or
  • Submit a cancellation request via our contact form

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • No cancellation fees apply
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the paid period ends

What Is Not Refundable

  • Subscription fees for billing periods that ended more than 7 days ago
  • Partial-month refunds after the 7-day guarantee period (cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period)
  • Credit packs where credits have been fully or substantially used
  • Enterprise plans with custom contracts (governed by individual agreements)

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refund applies because no payment is made.
